The Student Engagement Centre is here to help!
Aside from the above services, remember you can always contact The Student Engagement Centre (SEC). They have a team of trained Customer Service Advisers (CSAs) who are here to support the students during their time at Coventry University. The CSAs are here to help and ensure that students have the best opportunities to succeed in their studies by giving them advice and guidance when needed.
Their team is here for you from 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, Saturday 8am-3pm in and out of term. Ours hours will change over Christmas hours may vary or we may be closed. We can be contacted via: 02477656565 or on firstname.lastname@example.org

For "How to?" queries we recommend you search Self-Help in the first instance where you may find the answer to your question.
If you don’t find the answer, then ask a 'How to' question in our service catalogue in ‘Request Something’.
To report something broken with our IT Services and Products please log an incident using ‘Something is Broken’
If your ‘Something is Broken’ incident is urgent then please call us on 02477657777 (open 24 hours, 7 day a week).
The Library is here to help!
You can search over 1 million learning resources, over 64 million ejournal articles and 300,000 ebooks on Locate.
Students can browse and borrow or use click and collect for physical Library stock.
If they don’t have what you want in stock you can ask us to get it for you via Document Supply or You Choose.
If you need academic support you can book a 1-1 appointment with their Academic Liaison Librarians, ask a question via Libchat on Locate, or leave us a question via LibAnswers.
You can book a study space in the Library online and don’t forget you can borrow one of their 160 laptops to use in the Library free of charge.
Flying Start through Bibliu is here to help!
BibliU is your personalised bookshelf at your fingertips which isn’t restricted to just your course text books – there are thousands of books you can choose to read on many subjects.
It’s one of the largest eBook schemes in Europe, providing you with key textbooks.
